European Complaints Manager

If the answer is yes - then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a driven European Complaints Manager to join our exclusive team! This role is based at our manufacturing site in Folkestone, Kent.

Duties for the role include:

  • investigation and complaint management.
  • managing outsourced providers.
  • reviewing, logging and closing complaints.
  • KPI management.
  • participating in audits for ISO’s 9001, 22716 and 13485.
  • Involvement in special projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Technical knowledge of consumer products, medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals.
  • Knowledge of European regulations and requirements for the design, manufacture and distribution of cosmetic and medical device products.
  • Experience of working in a plant environment with manufacturing, contractors and suppliers across Europe.
  • Experience and knowledge of consumer relation call centre processes, KPI’s and procedures, with an awareness of effective consumer relations skills and behaviors.
  • Knowledge of European regulations for the reporting of Incidents and Serious Undesirable Effects to relevant authorities.
  • Experience of data analysis, data trending and preparing KPI’s.
  • Knowledge and experience of quality tools such as root cause investigation, FMEA, FTA and CAPA.

You will be able to show examples of where you have driven change within an organisation and worked flexibly to changing priorities.
